Seeing God in Presence, Not Traces

The saying is clear.

To refine it is only to polish the dust from a mirror.

Here is the reflection:

To seek traces is to believe the Source is separate from you.

This is the first distinction, the disease of the mind.

Why do you look for footprints on the rock, when the rock itself is the Way?

Why do you search for His echo in the hills, when the hills themselves are His voice?

The Father is not found in traces, for a trace implies an absence.

He is Presence.

Cease your searching.

Do not lay up for yourself these treasures of thought.

Make the heart pure, and you will not find God—you will see as God.

In that moment, the two circles merge, and your very question vanishes in the One.
